Meet a few of our key personnel…
Louise has a wide ranging work history, from Hospitality, Event Co-ordination and Catering, to Finance Management and Business Management in companies that vary from 5 Star Hotels, Pharmaceutical companies, an Audio Visual company, Solar Energy organisation and a firm of Electricians. She most recently worked in an organisation of electricians that focused on quality workmanship, with a mix of residential construction, maintenance and strata works, helping them achieve growth and security over the difficult post GFC period. She was instrumental in them moving over to an electronic invoicing and scheduling system, and ran their apprentice training scheme.
Here at Service Today she manages the Accounts department to maintain the finances of the organisation, and the Call Centre in conjunction with the Call Centre Supervisor, to keep the work rolling in to the Company, and supervises the HR department and the State Service Managers and their teams.
She loves to learn and actively encourage those around her to develop their knowledge and skills in the fields that they work in. Loving to implement new systems and procedures that helps in making life more streamlined and productive she’s constantly thinking up new ways to make things better and encourage others to bring their ideas forward too.
Customer Service Supervisor
Julie is a confident and ambitious personality with over 15 years practical hands-on customer service and administration experience.
She’s resourceful, proactive and combines effective communication skills with detailed product knowledge to identify commercial opportunities and deliver a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and company whilst working successfully alone and as part of a team environment.
Julie’s successful drive initiates from a competitive swimming background where she had the opportunity to participate at a national level at the age of 12, and was a water polo national representative at the age of 16.
Quality Systems Manager
Alan is a Licensed Plumber and has over 10 years of experience in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plumbing Industry.
For 10 of those years Alan was the Owner/Operator of his own Plumbing Maintenance Company, where he obtained experience in all aspects of running day to day operations, such as Quotations, carrying out works and Invoicing.
Alan’s role in the company, is to provide Service Today’s Technicians with the ability to recognise and understand what Quality means for our clients, with his passion for the service trade and striving to reach the high expectations of the company and clients, this is a challenging role that Alan has embraced.
Service Technician Supervisor Plumbing
Danny’s our senior maintenance Plumber he has over 12 years experience in the plumbing maintenance field and shows the experience and plumbing knowledge of any senior plumber.
Danny has controlled several large plumbing contracts in his time with us and currently supervises the Sydney plumbing staff in their daily plumbing work ensuring the customer experience we strive for. Danny has a passion for his work and enjoys the challenges plumbing brings to his work life and enjoys the responsibilities to his staff and company customers.
Service Technician Supervisor Electrical
A highly motivated and capable Electrician within the residential and commercial industry, George has a very strong focus on delivering quality and customer service. Within George’s 12 years experience, his roles have varied from domestic and commercial maintenance in General Electrical work, Data Technician, Security Camera and alarm installation and AV. George enjoys the challenges he has faced in his daily tasks and excels at relationship building with his customers. He is a natural problem solver and has a creative flare for achieving desired project outcomes.
