very friendly and most importantly honest and punctual. Our hot water service started leaking on a Saturday. I was able to book a service online for first thing
Monday morning online with no fuss and no phone calls. On Monday I got a call from the service centre to confirm my booking and then 10 mins later I got a call from the
plumber to say he would be there in 30 mins, the plumber arrived and he was so nice, he had a look at my hot water service, the valves and gas pipelines to assess what
may be happening and why.

Quotes were given and fully explained for a quick fix, service, instant hot water unit replacement and an eco friendly heat pump replacement. When i said I wasn’t sure how
I wanted to proceed and would need time to think about it he wasn’t pushy at all and proceeded to do the quick fix to stop the leak immediately and I was told the costs of
this repair would be deducted from any unit replacement I went ahead with. All up I was very comfortable and extremely impressed with the service I received.
