🍉 Cool Down with Watermelon & Mint Ice Blocks
Ingredients:
– 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
– 1 tablespoon lime juice
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
– A few fresh mint leaves
Method:
– Add the watermelon, lime juice, honey, and mint leaves to a blender.
– Blend until smooth.
– Pour into ice block moulds (or paper cups with paddle sticks).
– Freeze for at least 4 hours – then kick back and enjoy!
