Cosy Recipe: 2-Minute Mug Brownie

Perfect for those cold nights when you need dessert right now.
You’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water

How to:

  1. Mix everything in a mug.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice cream or some chocolate chips if you’re feeling fancy. 
  4. Eat it straight from the mug, pyjamas optional.
